PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items released as “pre-order” are not available immediately and will be delivered at a later date. Pre-orders guarantee your order before items sell out. Please review the product description for expected shipping and delivery dates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not accept cancellations after an order is placed. All sales are final. If your order has not shipped within 30 business days, you may request a cancellation by contacting info@o2riginal.com. Requests are not guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted. Due to the limited stock of our merchandise, size corrections and exchanges may not be possible. Ensure that the product, size, quantity, shipping address, and billing address are correct, as changes cannot be made.
